3-day split

I think of going back to a 3-day split (Mon-Wed-Fri). I need workouts that don't exceed 30 minutes (I always do all the exercises back to back). Any ideas?
 
Full body splits is the only thing I would ever do or recommend. I've done them before. I would bench, deadliest and squat all in the same workout, maybe a hint of arms but only Mon-Wed-Fridy.

I sometimes drop to a 3 day split when I get back into grappling. It all depends on what your looking for. If you are dropping back to let your joints settle down like I do sometimes you want to stay away from exercises that will tax your joints like the big compound ones going heavy lower reps. You want to keep the reps up and stretch between sets and after working out.

Do you have limitations right now? Are you doing any other activities?
