Been pushing delts as I tore up my left shoulder.
Noticed lately all the work is getting results.
Shoulder is still spent, always popping out and loose, but to hell with it, I did what I could to maintain a full range of motion and point strength.
Right trap still in constant pain, same with right forearm.
What can I say, just doing what I can and with everything else that's been going on just glad I can see results with the relatively light weights I've been using.
