5x5 routine

O used to do 5X5s for bench when I would hit a plateau. I can tell you this is the only training that would bust me through it. It seems to build pretty good size too.
 
Never used it. I'm worried about trying new stuff cause I don't want any gym days to be a waste. Don't mean it doesn't work.?
 
since I've been off for a long ass time, I'm thinking about running it for a couple of months to gain my strength back.

Did chest/shoulders/tri's today and am too embarassed to tell you my sets & weight
 
i like 4x4 or 5x5 for putting on strength. usually do something along those lines for a while to gain strength then switch up when my body starts to hurt. 4x4 is my favorite for some reason, always adds strength, but seems to lead to injury.
