put into blender
-----------------------

8 egg whites
1 scoop TP protein (blend of micellar, whey, egg protein)
1/4 cup water
a lil splenda

blend till it is nice and foamy

cook on low heat, and it will puff up huge

you can eat it with sugar free pancake syrup or just plain if your cutting.
Has 50-55g of high quality protein and taste great
 
sounds odd lol, wouldn't the protein count decrease greatly because your heating the protein poweder?
 
several people have said when you cook it on lower heat for short time, it does not affect it, and I am talking about pouring it in a pan and cooking like a pancake, (4 minutes?)
 
Buff I do that recipe too, but this is for a late night meal. Remember I train in AM now so meals 1-4 are pro/carb, and meals 5-6 are pro/fat

I like to mix a cup of EW's with 2/3 cup of oats, and 1 scoop of whey for the morning...

Banana-flavoured whey from TP makes it taste great!
