Still weighin' in around 230. Hard to gain weight over here with the humidity always so high and sweatin' my ass off. Wish my boy would have turned the damn flash off on the cam - washed out the few cuts that I do have haha! :D

Still looking huge Hank.

I still remember Sergio stating that he could eat all wanted and still maintain that 29" waist because he worked in a steel mill and lost gallons of sweat every day due to constant 100? heat. ;)

love your back shot really impressive.... your front shots are good to but i think its at a bad angle which takes a lil away from it

Thanks for the kudos fellas. Glyco, its probably much easier for me kicking it natty since I didn't come to the darkside until I was 39. Although I'll admit I fucking FROTH at the notion of having some test to run haha! :D
