About Time

Figure it was about time I posted a pic of myself considering it has been a while. I am trying to come back from a car accident that left me out of commission for the Ohio last sept. I am busting my ass right now in the gym and shooting for a local show this summer. My weak points are definitely my legs and my chest so I am trying to bring them up as much as I can.

Thanks for the kind words guys. It has definitely been a tough road but I am just taking it day by day. As far as shoulders I dont do anything too crazy, my shoulders and arms are something that grow relatively easy for me. I have started to incorporate some kettlebell swings and dumbbell snatches in to the mix. I am not a huge fan of crossfit but I feel like some of the exercises are helpful to spark some new growth. I am just now starting to get my diet where it needs to be and starting to do more cardio.

Thanks DPH! I've just been following ur bulking diet of hamburger helper and mt dew lol. I appreciate the kind words darkness, especially after knowing where I was before the accident. I tend to pick myself apart but we are always our worst critic lol.
