1 large can of bumble bee chunk light tuna(the big kind with 5 servings) drained
1/2 cup raw oats
1 frozen medium banana
3 tablespoons of natty peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup of milk (I use almond milk but I can't drink regular milk it gives me shits)
1 scoop of whey, preferably vanilla flavor or chocolate
Blend it up in the blender until its nice an thick liquid. It may sound gross but its actually unfuqin believably good. You don't taste the tuna at all. Its packed full of protein carbs an fats and high calorie. Trust me on this. Try it. DONT use the albacore tuna tho its a bit stronger in fishy taste and you may get a hint of it but with chunk light you won't taste it at all. Looking at bout 80grams of protein give or take. Try it out.
