Welcome. This is an UNOFFICIAL beginner's guide to the advanced bodybuilding routine known as DC training, created by Doggcrapp, taught by Doggcrapp and In-Human.
This is for advanced lifters ONLY! If you do not yet have at least two years of lifting under your belt, you can still apply principles of DC training here and there. Read this if you are a beginning lifter (note: this is good reading for both beginning and advanced lifters).

The guy who created DC training used to be a mod at a board I was at years back.

I won't try DC training until I can breathe properly. Breathing is really important when you lift but it's even more important when you DC train.

More than breathing, one must have the drive to push their ass balls-to-the-wall (or tits-to-the-wall for females :p ) with Dante's gig. No room for the " I'm going to the gym today just to get it in" attitude.lol ;)

DC training is very interesting. You absolutely have to have a log book/sheet of some kind though to be sure you are progressing. Which is the whole point. I did it last fall (I think) for a few months where I only ate like 2-3 times a day max. No supps or even protein. My strength kept progressing, that never stopped. Dont think I had any real change in weight of course from hardly eating.

The stretches are great though even if you dont train dc style imo
