Ok?here is my every day eat list





630AM ? cytogainer shake



830AM ? 6 egg whites hardboiled ( not yolk ), 2 cups of oatmeal ( fills long end )



1030 ? 1 cup of tuna, banana, 50g cytosport Complete Whey protein shake



1230 ? cytogainer shake



1400,1415 ? 2 cups of rice ( fills long end ), 1 chicken breast, ( going to start throwing end some slad dressing to dress up bland chicken taste )



1600 ? 2 packets of normal oatmeal ( quaker ) , 50g cytosport Complete Whey shake



1800 ? undetermined as of yet sometimes Italian night, sometimes Mongolian..I need to fix on something but don?t know yet



2000 ? 2030 ? 1 cup of cottage cheese





Looking at it now doesn?t look like more than 3k calories huh?

How many calories should I be downing on average during my cycle?? any ideas?

are you putting on weight? if yes then ur taking in enough cals. if ur not then ur not taking in enough cals
 
actually it only has 6g of fat believe it or not, ill add some PB to my eating plan. It is written kind of weird because I am over here in the S.U.C.K. right now and the mess hall has pretty much the same things all of the time. Hey Thate. Should I add PB? and to what meals? Getbigger: from one week to the next I only gained like .1 kilo, so it looks like I need more, I suppose I should be targeting about 4200 to 4500 cals a day right? I cant wait till 3 weeks wehen I get my gear in, TEST E 500mg a week kick starting with 4 week of dbol at 40mg per day...
 
post a link to the exact version of cytosport you're using.

i'm guessing it is more than just a protein isolate.

most of your meals are just straight protein/carb, i'd make one of those protein/fat with either natty pb or flax/olive oil.

Now in terms of gaining weight you mean no matter weight I should be getting heavier and heavier and gaining some fat of course. Hey Thate how many cals do you do when on a cycle?

everybody is different bro. personally if i were goin on cycle in 3 weeks id keep my cals the same. then when im on bump them up 500cals. if u still dont gain weight up them another 500 till u do.remember u dont wanna gain to much weight to fast. good luck
 
it just seems so difficult though, tracking caLS ON EVERYTHING THAT YOU EAT. How do you do it? It seems that the best thing would be to stuff your face every meal. How many cals does that look like from the info I gave? I am stuck in Iraq and its hard to get access to alot of things and foods you all do back in the states. I cant wait for sure though to be in a pure anabolic state ..how the hell does one ever think that could gain major mass without gear...beats me....i bust my ass in there and eat like a horse but hard as hell to gain weight...thank god for GEAR
 
i use a scale to weigh my food. if u cant do that just make sure ur eating pretty much the same thing everyday and if u dont gain weight add more food. it really is simple bro. u probably have a fast metabolism and might have to really force urself to eat when ur not hungry.
 
haha yeah tell me about it, plus being in the 125 degree weather during summer doesnt help either, like this morning i had started eating 6 egg whites hardboiled with 2 cups of oatmeal, this morning i ate two of the eggs whole...and just that made me feel stuffed, I really want the mass though so this is where the dedication comes in...how many cycles you been on before? what was your first cycle like? how much did you eat?
 
ive done 3 cycles my first one was 500mg test E for 10 weeks. taking in about 4000 cals. i made good gains but put on more fat than i would have liked. but i also didnt do cardio which i realize was a big mistake.
 
hmm what weight were you at when you started and what weight did you have after the cyle? Age? stuff like that. I thought that if you were bulking that cardio was a no-no..?
 
I do not like maltodextrin at all bro, instead of the cytogainer do a protein/fat meal.

When I bulk I start out at about 3200 cals and move up from there. I'd also reverse the 630 and 830am meals.

What are the pitfalls of maltodextrin? The hard thing about changing meals is that I wake up at 630, I do not have hardboiled egs readily available. I work 12 hours a day from 7 to 730PM....kind of sux out here.
 
Eggs last awhile, you can make them overnight or a few days before.

I don't consider malto a complex carb, it spikes insulin imo.
 
they only let us take a set amount of them from the mess hall at a time though,and too much time for me to munch down while heading to work. I wonder what else could work for me. I thought spiking insulin was a good thing? I was reading it is good for when you wake up and also when you get finished with your workout.
 
PWO is the only time to spike insulin EVER imo, and some even debate that.

They sell liquid pasteurized egg whites that you can drink as well bro.
 
hmm. Is there a place to order that online to ship to Iraq? haha I thought insulin sends the nutrients into your muscles or something like that? Why is there even an Insulin Steroid then if its not good? also is that you in your avatar photo bro?

Slin definitely shuttles nutrients, but there are several different types of insulin.

Humalog has an instant spike and is in and out very fast, this is only to be used PWO. Humalin is used for an all day rise but it doesn't hit you like log does.

Also something to remember, when you take the malto and get that insulin spike you want to stay fat-free nutrition wise. The fat gets shuttled directly to the fat stores. Just use what you have, and if you want a meal replacement mix in some oatmeal with straight up whey imo.

Ask crown supplements about Iraq shipping, I have no clue about that.
 
i had no idea..so weight gainers pretty much suck ass then it looks like. Maybe when I wake up I will try muscle milk with cottage cheese and some oatmeal instead, I just hope oatmeal 3 times a day wont hurt my system any. I bet its so hard for you to gain weight isnt it? I am whopping down around 4k and its barely sticking to me...makes me so damn angry...
 
well looks like no bottled egg whites for me. They wont ship to an APO address....that sux..was looking forward to getting some to eat wheni get up...darnit...
