amount of taurine, quick question

ok I got my taurine today (fuckin slow ass fed ex) now, it says each capsule has 450 MG of taurine and to take one cap 3 times a day with meals. ANyone think more or you guys agree with this? Any opinions? Thanks.

you'll be suprised how much people use.

Taurine ------- 8-12 grams a day (around workouts and even during, best)

I use 5-10g, anything less I feel no pumps from it

Well I think I will start out with the recomendation on the bottle. how do you guys up your doses, periodically? in what incriments? and why?

I just started at 1tsp 2x a day..........I have never upped it
