anyone here have home cardio equipment

i was thinking of getting a spin bike for morning cardio, takes up alot less space than a treadmill.

worth it?

I have my own gym, in my house. Best investment i ever made. It's always good to have something at the house. don't buy a brand new one, go on craigslist. i've seen them go for short money used.

Yeah Its worth it I have a tread mill and Bike good for AM cardio instead of the 20 minute drive to my gym. Its worth it in gas for the long run.

 

[Magnesium]

only worth it if you are actually going to use it. It is great being able to exercise at home in front of the tv or whatever.
