How many of you guys have trouble keeping abs year round?

Unless I do aerobics I simply cannot keep a six pack.

My diet is good but at almost 40 years of age, keeping abs has become impossible. :thumbsdow

Ive had lower back surgery and aerobics irritates my sciatic nerve so I just dont do them.

I have an UNO AB.. :chimney:

i have abs year around and never really train them directly.....

I may keep slightly visable upper abs year around, but I have to work at it, and pay attention to a strict diet in order for me to have decent abs.

I can see my uppers year round, but other than that I have to do cardio and a strict diet to get them looking tight.

I train them for core strength but I dont see a whole lot of them, I'm not one of those naturally lean guys and I dont eat a lot of shit either. When I'm "lean" I'm in the 12s, I wont give up more mass than that and I wont 2 pounds of broccolli at every sitting - even though I do actually like it.

As long as my waist is reasonable, I'm cool with it.

i seemed to have lost my bottom two...:(.....abs are overrated imo, unless you plan on doing some modeling....

its because of modeling that so many people are obsessed w/ abs... when i was in college, i'd see 6 foot, 150lb douchebags lifting their shirts every 30 seconds to make sure the cardio bunnies catch a glimpse. meanwhile im next to them... bloated and carrying a shitload of water training like a powerlifter.

btw, i haven't posted here in like forever
