It has been a long while since I have been around the boards. I am nursing some injuries and getting back at in the gym. I have been working out at home for a while and need to kick it up a notch. I look forward to reconnecting with all you old timers and long timers again. It is good to see many of you are on the right side of the lawn. I will get an updated pic up some. I am not quite has big but I am more handsome than ever!
