I started lifting weights again today :) It was pretty good. The only thing that hurt was the DB flat presses. I probably should have started a little lower in weight. Everything else was good though- inclien bench, shoulder press, lateral raises, pec dec, lat pulls. So give me 2 weeks and I should be good to get started with buff:buff:
 
dont b dumb girl....b/c the last thing i wana hear is that u got go through it all over again
 
Thanks guys. I won't be dumb cylo....I really didn't know where to start this morning and figured 20 lbs, pfffffttttt, no prob :D I think maybe I will not do flat bench at all for a little bit. Everything else was good.

me personally, i never do flat bench, b/c of the stress it puts on my shoulders....but yea i wouldnt really know where 2 start either
 
Be careful IG!! I'm glad to hear you are back in the weight room
