bb row - 110 x 15, 180 x 15, 250 x 12*, 280 x 10*
t-bar row - 150 x 15, 200 x 13*, 250 x 8*
cg underhand pulldowns - 170 x 12*, 190 x 10*
hyperextensions - 2 x 25* (not deads day)

* = worksets
# no olympic bars or plates, hence the odd/weird numbers on poundages

Back pumped bigtime...feelin' ready to fly away. :D :p

My hero, I have back today. I blow thru this in about 35-40 minutes

2 sets med grip chin ups 20+ to failure
Seated cable low rows 2 warm ups 1 to failure
T bar rows -same
Seated nautilus pullover machine- same
Close grip seated high cable rows-same
Wide grip seated cable rows to upper chest- same
 
Whoa Dawg! That's quite a back day. The pic looks like your quads pumped up too!
Huge all around. Incredible!

Great back bombing!!

I stand more of a chance bending the bar down to my chin that pulling myself up to chin the bar.
