Backarms ANYONE?????

Trying to develope a fuller, more defined backarm, and still keep up with my bi's

well your triceps are about 2/3's of your arm. Training them, your arm will grow faster than just hitting bi's. i used to hit them together, supersetting. Close grips, nose breakers, dips and rope work will give you a nice horseshoe and fill that back arm out. There's a ton of tricep exercises out there. I like doing pushups on a weight ball (diamond pushups) at the end to destroy my tris. Tris and bi's are relatively small muscles, you could hit them twice a week. Maybe after chest and then again on their own day.
 
Thanks pit, I'll try that medicine ball workout after my backarm routine, (which I do on chest day right now). And ok Lifts, let's get crushin.... Skull Crushin!
 
I love skull crushers. I did them yesterday with a cambered bar. six sets with three different widths/grips. I did them on a free decline bench, (one you can just move around wherever in the gym), so i did not need a spotter. I could just reach back and put the weight down when i felt the set was good. WORKS GREAT. Actually sore today. good sore. Back and bi's today.
 
love close grips on the incline. Brought out my tri's. Nosebreakers are key too (skull crushers) Nice controlled reps instead of sloppy with higher weights. Good luck
 
Will do. I'll post some more pic's really soon. Just got ahold of my Dad's Digi Camera. Be able to post some pretty good shots. My GF is gonna snap um, hope she takes good pics. Try to do several competition poses and y'all critique. Thanks guys
