I'm looking for advice on a new diet. I run 6 days/wk (range of 1-3 hours of cardio daily except for one rest day/wk). Right now I'm only lifting 2 days/wk, but am looking to increase.

I'm looking to compete in a figure competition in Spring '08, but need to trim some fat. I'd like to cut about 10-15 lbs of fat.

My diet has been very on and off the past few weeks. For a while I was doing a real high protein, low carb, but found that I didn't have enough energy for my running. I consume on average 1150-1500 cals/day. The breakdown of calories is about 60% carbs, 25% protein and 15% fat. I try to eat low fat foods or ones that are higher in good fats. I'm a 5'7.5" female at about 136lbs with somewhere between 13-16% bodyfat.
 
need more healthy fats/protein combo. natural pb, almonds..
healthy carbs to energize your hrs of running-brown rice, oatmeal, sweet pot, whole wheat breads/pastas.....
