Been sick all week. Where can I post my symptoms?

Hey guys I haven't been around for a while and theres not much excuse other than me eating like shiat and being lazy. I do work a lot but I could get in the gym if I really wanted.

I don't have health insurance now and wondering where I can post my symptoms to see what I have. I feel like Im dying here.

blood pressure - digital cuffs are ready available nowadays
temperature (oral)

and let me know, ALL symptoms, how long they've been there, any changes in them, anything that makes them worse/better, just as much as you can really

Ok to all who care, Im dehydrated, have laryngitis and my liver enzymes are really high. Dr. said no drinking for 3-6 months. Guess I overdid it. Time to start eating well and working out again.
