im getting comments by friends such as
get a life ..lifes not gym and eating healthy
or if i ate like u and trained id look so much better like u

why so many haters ....im always getting sh!t ...sometimes i want to tell them off but i just keep quiet ..


i do live in the middle east and things r so different down here ...thats why 90% r unfit ....

The use of the word "hater" is a generational thing

People now a days think as soon as they accomplish something they have people "hating" on them for succeeding

I have to ask, why are you paying attention to what other people say, and why do you care as long as youre happy?

Im sorry for the rant but i cant stand that term.

im not really paying attention but its kinda weird cuz if i had a friend who worked out did well id b happy for him and guide him in the rite way share my knowledge but my buddies seem all to be haters ....
i realized it 2day always thought theyd support me ....but naa haters ..

some people are just jealous of our life style because they know they wouldnt be able to have what it takes to do what we do

Called lack of initiative...why trainers get many clients who still don't make progress...even with someone looking over their shoulder they are not working for intensity, they work for coddling...they don't understand how you can do it...
 
Get used to it man. i cant even walk in to a bar or club anymore without almost every dude in the place sizing me up and trying to stare me down. The funny thing is that it is always the smallest guys that do it, "napoleon complex" lol. Eventually you will get used to it and it will go in one ear and out the other, or you could always just set them straight and see if they shut up lol.
 
It comes from their own insecurity, take negative comments from assholes with pride.
 
just tell 'em "I have no doubt you would look better than me"......smile and walk away....
 
Unfortionately having a physique brings out others feeling of inadequacies. I've never walked round a show off but still people feel insecure in themselves and out it comes, inuendo towards steroids, refrences to preference of the calvin clien type physique that can be obtained through running and pressups apparently. blah blah!
 
lol! tell the asshole that says "if i trained and ate like you i would look better" to fuckin try it then lol i hate people.. i want to take me my bf and my dogs and move to a deserted island surrounded by fuckin sharks i swear to christ.. fuck people
 
Nice one, Barbie, and if you could snare a couple of those sharks, remember, they are great sources of PROTEIN! Yeah!!
PS: can you send out a private mailing of the location for other like-minded individuals??? My kids will love the island lifestyle, (beaches, life, nature) and wife, too, especially if there is some history to be learned...
 
dude the hater thing is obnoxious for sure but the one thing i cant stand is people talkin me up to others when im around. i have a few friends that do this everywhere we go...they'll see people they know or girls and start braggin for me. i dont take compliments very well in person and this makes for one awkward ass moment when u are standin there and ur friends are goin on about how swole u are or how strong u are or yadda yadda yadda. id rather them just insult me (be a hater or wtf ever) instead cause i feel totally comfortable with being a jack ass back to them but acceptin compliments without seeming cocky about it is kinda hard for me when its in person and im on the spot.

i feel ur pain tho bro, truth is, physical physique reflects personal knowledge of the body and how it works. any dumbass can get in the gym and throw some iron around and break a sweat and shed or gain a couple pounds...but knowing how to workout to attain optimum muscle growth or fat loss or etc. requires something that most people dont have....which is the "Know How".

word of advice: when conversating with people who obviously dont know what they are talkin about, remember to ask yourself-- "who is the bigger idiot?, the idiot? or the one arguing with an idiot?"....this one usually just makes me smiles and gives me the ability to just smile and walk off.
 
there is a place for these haters where they can be happy...it's called Planet Fitness where they can live judgement free, then give em the bird with a double front bicep pose...
 
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA ^^^^^^^ we were just jokin on that place the other day in our gym....Planet Fitness and Golds Gym have recently decided to enforce a dress code and a few bullshit rules like "No straining while lifting weights!"....the guy who owns the gym where i work out said if he didnt hear us straining and groaning and workin hard he'd rather us not come back lol
 
planet fitness is a joke. it's an oxy moron. i don't understand how a gym, can discriminate against people who want to get in shape. the only way you are gunna get there is if you strain yourself. plain and simple. there is no other way, other than hard work. i can't even believe this place is still in business, but i guess that goes to show you the majority of people are lazy, but want to feel like they're accomplishing something.
 
omg...everytime i hear their so called judgement free radio ad i just wanna lunge until i vomit on their discrimanating faces on cue with their lunk alarm.
 
its one thing when its random people hating on you that don't matter, but its another thing when you work with these people and ur job or grade depends on it.

I had to take organic chemistry and physics in a class full of smart arrogant nerdy people, the professor was a total dyke and hated me from day one. I had so many people making subtle and rude comments about me being a meathead, it only got worse later on during the year when they realized I was actually just as competent as they were in terms of exam grades.
