Well I can definitely tell you it's not good in the bodybuilding sense. It's good for overweight people who have no will power such as my SIL. She was drinking a bottle of wine a day and wondering why she couldn't loose weight. They put her on this stuff and she's lost weight but is way calorie deficient and looks bad skin wise. So for those that are obese it's seems to be working.
