Bicep tear!!

Hey my brothas, not sure if any of you guys have ever experienced a bicep tear but it's been 6 weeks since my surgery and it is killing me more now than ever. They basically drill a hole above your labrum, stick the tendon in and screw it down. The tendon on my long head of my bicep was severely torn. It felt better before my surgery. I think I have a pretty high tolerance for pain, but this is killing me... Any suggestions from anyone with experience in this would be great! They also did a debridement, which is basically removing any and all Calcium buildup.. Which is probably what caused the tear to begin with.. It's really got me depressed bros

I have a severe bicep tear, the suggested it would cause more trouble to try and repair it, instead of let it go. It looks a little funky in a front double bicep, but otherwise hasn't caused me a problem.

Tore my left bicep picking up my 945 lb Road King. Never went to the Dr. I have an awesome peak on that bicep now.

Same hear, but it creates an "Arnold" peak when flexed. Doc said that it would cause more issues trying to repair it.

Seen yours in person and it looks like it would hurt like a bitch!! Shame the doctors/insurance company thinks it's a cosmetic surgery and won't cover it... Good Old Obama care!! :uh-huh:

I tore my bicep 16 years ago, but like mondo said the docs told me trying to fix it could limit range of movement and cause more problems that the tear itself.
