Ive been sticking to a strict bulking diet now for 8 weeks, heres some before and after pics.

This pic is 10 MONTHS ago, 5-10" 195 lbs 22% bf. Nov-2005/Before:

Been working out since Nov last year, took a few months off early summer like May-begining of July. Pics Today after bulking since July 14th (8 weeks)

5-10" 188lbs 15-17% bf?

Im still gaining weight, I'm up to 197lbs right now and moving some good weights. Getting stronger every day!

Thanks Lifts, it means a lot coming from you. I have been reading a lot about training and methods, diet, carb timing, etc. I've really learned a lot in the past few months, more than ever, and i can see it's gonna help me push past my short comings in the past.
 
Thanks WK! today i'm a little sore from shoulders and tri's last night, and appetite has been not too good today, but oh well, back and bi's tomorrow!
 
I get days like that, i just force myself to eat as much as i can get down

Thanks Deacon! I just need to stick to it now. I can already see a difference today when i look in the mirror, as compared to 9-8-06(above) when i posted those pics! Im floating around 200 lbs now also.
 
im qurious to what your whole cycle plan is? but great change keep it up!
 
Plan is bulk till January, then I'll start cutting the begining of Feb. The Fiance and I are going on a trip to Florida in April, so i wanna give myself a few months to really cut up for it. I eventually wanna stay around 190lbs at 10% bf....for now..or, till next year :D
 
sorry guess i wasnt clear about what i meant,,, i was actually asking what gear, and duration?
