We encourage debates, discussions and the exchange of ideas. Thats how we learn, but there is a right way and a wrong way in going about it. Present ideas in a respectful and rational manor with all the enthusiasm you can muster is the right way.
When you start insulting, berating or name calling. Thats when a debate turns to just grade school arguing and that we will not permit."

First off. I was just fucking with IRON at first. but the litlle bitch is mad and melting down for real . I even stepped back and welcomed him but he responded with a "fuck u, blah blah..Im ..it's pathetic that he takes this shit too seriously...I'm just going with the flow.

what if those threads have NOTHING to even do with your dumbass? You try to poke and prod at everyone every chance you get. When someone says anything back you implode. You try to play it off as you "playing". If you socialize by talking shit and trying to talk down to everyone than no wonder youre so defensive. I truly do feel sorry for you. Im embaressed to even stoop down anywhere near your level to bicker but I know Im not the only person here who gets tired of your annoying shit.

Come on Oly man, you two have fucked up three or four threads with this shit, personally I find it entertaining as hell but the individuals posting the threads you two are ruining likely don't find it as funny. You guys have been incredibly disrespectful, especially to Dawgpound. I don't think it's about being a pussy, I just don't think he wanted to center anyone out, but you kinda did that yourself anyway.

Come on guys we need to control our temper:flamingma These type of situations are happening way to much on A-E. Oly and Iron are not the only ones for sure, recently I went back and deleted two of my own posts that I made in a very pissed off frame of mind. We can have fun and joke but please not to the point of being disrespectful.

Mods, IMO it would be better to delete any flare up threads, it's not good for the mojo of the board.
Guys, if you want to sling shit at each other, do it in PM, newbies and visitors from other boards will start thinking we're all a bunch of kids on here if every second thread has arguing in it.

Damn I go away for a few days and I come back to this lol. Oly is oly u u have to know how to take that dude. Atleast he doesnt discriminate he spreads the hate evenly lol jk. But seriously most of us have been around for another for years. I have been a member for atleast 3-4 years counting time here and at I-T. Now I dont know what was said and I personally like all three of u guys but I am sure it didnt need to have this must attention brought to it. We are all adults here. Oly has said some shit to me like when I made a comment about him getting married and we didnt get in to some lil fight over it. And oly is usually the first person ppl turn to for advice on dieting eventhough DPH's hamburger helper and case of Mt.Dew diet rocks for leaning out lol. Oly took time out to write me up a diet its just too damn bad i broke my hand and cant really train. We need to just close this thread and move on. Hell if nigbo and I can get along after I disrespected him( I did apologize) Then u girls can get along too. So just kiss and make up. And oly ur in spain get the fuck off the computer lol
