OK G4E said it looked good so I will post it. Most know I do not really follow a bodybuilding lifestyle. But this is a healthy morning hot cereal for those that are sensitive to carbs, or those of us that know how healthy fresh fruit and almonds are for our bodies in a nutritional foundation and immune boost function abilities.
For a blender
1 cup of almonds
1 apple cut up, leave the peel on
1 cup of water
1 tbsp of cinnamon
Blend it all in a blender for a good few minutes. Then pour it into a good size sauce pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Place it in a refrigerated tub.
Now it makes 4 1/2 cup servings and they equal out to about 20 grams of fat and 5 grams of carbs. I don't know the cals, I don't do the counting game.
However you can either take out a serving and heat it up like oatmeal. Or you can dumb a serving in a blender and add a scoop of protein.
Some might like it, some might not. But hey, have at it.
