Buff.. I saw this and thought of you

No way in the world that is safe. I've had apes before but my fat arms fall asleep on long trips. Now I prefer drag bars. Much better control.
But that one due that's what, 26" ape? I would be crapping my pants!
 
My neighbor when I was like 12-14 was ex NLR and he always had all his buddies come over and they had some awesome bikes. He swore by the apes and said it was like flying. I have never tried them but it doesn't look comfortable to me and splitting traffic cant be easy with them right?
I am still young and dumb and prefer the crotch rockets, I felt like a sitting duck on my cruiser (V-star...but hey it was my first bike) so I traded it in for a crotch rocket and that was more like a ballistic missile on the freeway.... I was very lucky to have not had any accidents. I don't get to ride much anymore with the kids and all so in the garage it sits.

they're definitely freaky.. I would love to try and ride them ... once...
