How important is it to limit it? I will have a BIG problem with this since I drink 2 pots of coffee/day.

I remember when I worked grocery, a coworker in the meat department always ordered cases and cases of Red Bull and drank A LOT of that stuff every day. He was very energetic and walked twice the normal speed he was supposed to, lol. Don't know what happened to him, but I'm sure he's fine.
Caffeine increases your heart rate, so be careful in how much you take in. You don't want to wind up dead somewhere, do you?![]()
