how many days in between ? I did a micro wo by 2 heavy kinda sets of bench...235x15x1, 245x8x1 (incl),decl same...flat same and some kinda heavy dmbl rows 60-70x11x2 . deads 200lbs x8x2 would this be considered a legit wo and require rest/nutrition for 4-5 days no gear . or just using my muscle...opinions please thanks

I suppose it would depend on the individual, but I wouldn't think that the workout described would require more than a day or two tops to recover from.

I always thought the opposite and overworked I guess , I always want to get the most out of my wo's . so that question always pestered me .

not a lot of info. if you were elite you could probably do this twice a day. if youre using 90% of your max your probably fucked.

pill ...can you elaborate was that too much being that I need to wo all week or not enough ? i"m trying to find the right amount of stimulation since I'm 54 yrs old and diabetic and disabled..... and no gear at this time

I would take more time off you can train other muscle groups in between while u take that time off

Easy rule. If your muscles are sore I say work through it. If you are achy or Starr to get connective tissue pain then it's time to dial it back.
Your body can and will adapt if you don't over do it too quickly. For example their are a few groups that bench like every day. I'm talking 4-5 actual days a week. The Bulgarians squatted some retarded amount; multiple times every fucking day bro. All I'm saying is working a body part everyday in itself doesn't lead to over training. Just be smart

With the rep ranges you are describing that is not a heavier workout for you. You're building more mass than strength with those ranges. If you want a heavy work out warm up then do five sets of your one rep max which looks like it will be in the 315 to 365 range.
The body will tell you if you are recovered. If your stiff you're not recovered. And to be honest you really shouldn't be sore in that particular muscle group if your spacing your training properly.
For me I've found train each body part once a week. That way both growth and strength will occur. You'll also experience longevity in the game and not burn out or have to take long breaks due to injury.
