Torn tendon between my abs, had two operations, ten years apart as the first one sucked.
Very depressing as I used to have an 8-pack.
My nickname in college from the football team was, "Johnny Abs." I used to be able to hang from a bar and touch my toes to my knuckles for 6 sets of 20. Those were the days.
Oh well.
