Like I mentioned before, heaviest db's there are only 100's. :wallbash: I stopped with the gig of having someone hold the 20lb db's on top of the 100's...that shit was an accident waiting to happen :eek: fuck it.lol

flat db press - 20's x 50, 30's x 30, 50's x 20, 80's x 20, 100's x 20*, 100's x 16*

incline db press - 70's x 15, 100's x 12,* 100's x 10*

flat db flyes - 50's x 15, 70's x 14*, 80's x 9*

dips - bdwt x 24*, bdwt x 18*

* = worksets

Shitload of people there today - had an audience haha! Not many here see someone toying with the 100's haha. :p

honestly try the duct tape thing it will prolly help alot jsut tape 10s to the side it just waste alot of take and you cant really use more then 10s

Joe I've did the duct tape gig before for db rows bro - no way I'm doing that shit for presses. Plate comes off and BAM!lol

and dont even take the tape off when your done since no 1 else uses the 100s see if they will let you just do it

Maybe make the weight alittle heavier by using a 3/1/1 cadence. Lower the weight taking a full 3 seconds, pause one at the stretch, then explode up.

Exactly what I was thinking and kill the super sets bro.

Our dumbbells only go up to 125, someday I will use them..:D
I use to go to a gym that had 150 and 200s. The 200's were awkward and no one could use them for more than just rows.
