chest expander

anyone have any experience using a chest expander? anyone even remember them? I just bought a 3 band version and using 2 bands I cant even do 2 complete reps. I bought it cuz after doing 1 set in the store with it I noticed an inner pec twitch I just never felt before, got it home and now playing with it I can feel alot of work being done in my lats as well. its not like weightlifting, its affecting muscle groups I dont think I normally work. anyways not bad for 6 bucks so I bought it. wondered if anyone else played with them ever, I remember the old spring ones, apparently theyre mostly rubber band equipped now

I used get a pump like a mofo on those, I think that they help the little tie in muscle alot.
