Chest Pains

For the past 3-4 Weeks ive been having an awkward pain in the middle of my chest inbetween my pecs. Feels like i need to crack a knuckle. When i stick out my chest it pops, lately it's been happening more and more. Has this happened to anyone? or does anyone know what it is?

No, I havn't. At first it was popping maybe once every 2-3 days now its up to about 10 times a day! Today it's a little sore but no popping. Yesterday was chest day and it hurt on my dips. So i'll give it a good rest and see what happens.


I was trying to research a little about it and i read that it's the sternum popping.... Seperating from the Ribs?
