chest pump

Took the advice of many to emphasize my chest more.
Took this on Monday after 20x10 sets for chest, super-setted with 20x10 sets for back.
I followed that with bicep then tricep 8x10 arm superset.
I love doing supersets and only workout for an hour, in between dropping off and picking up my daughter from swim practice.
Carrying around 233BW. This is the start of my 4th week back.

Chest day is by far my favorite day . Typically I will do chest/tricep day for a few weeks and then switch to chest/bicep day for a few weeks and etc etc.
there is nothing in this world that compares to the feeling of the upper body swolz where you cant set your arms down to your sides.......
Sounds like your enjoying the hell out of being back at the gym ....
 
20 sets! Damn. It's takes me at least a week to recover just from 4 sets. Lol
