My chest is my weakest bodypart. I have wide shoulders, nice arms & back, But I cant get my chest to pop. I can put up a lot but I cant get my chest to grow...Any suggestions????
I owe my tit size to incline DB presses. Alot of them. And the best results came when I use a cadence that is explode up, lower for 4 seconds, pause 1 second, then explode up, etc. sets of 10.
I owe the definition of where my tits connect to my arms to incline DB flys, supersetted with presses when I cant move the weight elbow straight any longer.
I have seen quite a few people benching incorrectly. Try this if your not doing it already. Make sure your feet are firmly planted. and pin your shoulders to the bench when you are doing your reps. do not use your shoulders to press the weight up especially at the top of the rep.try it with light weight at first just to get the feel of what I am saying. Don't forget to focus on that chest. This works for flat and incline. I see lots of guys pushing their shoulders clear off the bench at the top of the rep. NG.
Bench and dumbells. You've probably done this but every once in a while reverse the workout and pre-exhaust the pecs with flyes first then move to the bench or dumbells last. Change things up frequently.
