do any of you add chili in your diet? I found this great tasting turkey chili form Trader Joe's

low fat
high carb
high protein

this would be a good pre workout meal right?

I <3 chili. I make it all time with different variations. If I were you I'd just keep an eye on the ingredients from the store bought stuff. Make sure they don't have too many preservatives and sodium. Overall chili gets a thumb up in my book.

any sat or trans fat? anything high carb high protein low fat sounds good to me. I'm starving now!

yea i was a little worried about the sodium but ill add it in my diet and see how it works if not ill drop it and go back to eggs and oatmeal lol

im sure you have a home made version of chili right kat? maybe you can give me some pointers to making it better and ill make it next time :buff: and look like that eventually haha

Awesome recipes KitKat! Yeah, Chili is great, just watch out for sodium and fat content/ingredients.

No prob guys. Any feedback you have after trying out the recipes is highly appreciated.

Yeah watch that sodium in canned chilis, that stuff is bad! Kit-Kat has some awesome recipes though and chili isn't that hard to make.
