Chopping wood for mid back mass

Well, spent about 20 hours in the past three months chopping wood, mostly in 1 to 2 hour increments.
Other than stimulating my appitite, and working out my aggressions, my mid back has become huge.
Damn, and I have worked for years on this body area with mediocre success.
Even deadlifts for ten years didn't give me these results (in the mid back) they mostly worked my traps and lumbar.
I feel as one with nature as I deliver crushing blows to the previous parts of the tree of life.
As we clush, we shall reap.
