computer help!!!! please!!!

Screen went blue.. memory dump... I tried doing update for window files and tried resetting it to a past date and reran update for window files . Now get blue screen but says mini dump... for obvious reasons don't want outside help.. tried different software antivirus downloads.... no difference... now resorting to my smart phone.... ugh.... so if anyone is computer savvy....
 
what is the operating system? sounds like XP. blue screens can be hard to track down. did you recently install any windows updates, could be a driver issue. could also be a memory issue. to rule of driver issues, you can restart the pc in safe mode and see if it is stable. if so you might want to roll back any recent updates to see which if any caused the problem. to rule our loose memory, shut down the machine, unplug, and open it up. reseat the memory and button up. restart and try.

go into safemode upon rebooting and and try a system restore...if that's not available then in safemode download spybot s&d and then run the full program in safemode...it will take several hours to do correctly but it is worth it and should do the trick...i should know with all the porn i watch online lol

he may need malwarebytes . try download.com to get these programs.

if you can't figure it out try to bring it by later this week and i'll see what i can do to fix it for you
 
Tried the system restore and dumped the windows updates... then started adding updates.. went through all updates then had to restart worked fine til I went to log off... said do not unplug or shut off was updAting ... just kept waiting then bam... blue screen system dump.... still on phone...lol..


Irish.. might take you up on it... I'm taking a break from it now... otherwise it would have a 50 cal though it.

And it is xp...
 
I had this blue screen of death shit once and the whole system was crashed. Whatever that means.
 
Retart it and keep tapping the F8 key.
Open windows with "last good configuration."
Run system scan for virus'.

yep tried that went to system restore then ran 3 different virus and malware programs the readded windows updates... worked until i shut it down then i got a message that it was updating something so dont shut if off..... then bang blue screen of death...:fawk2: after a cooling off period i will start again.. .lol
