here is an easy, quick and pretty cheap meal for you college boys.
200g of sardines ( canned in water) you could use tuna but i hate tuna
shopPed celery and onions
2 ..1/2 whole wheat pita pockets
2 tbsp of salsa (chunky).
it tastes a lot better than it looks
