Man I like my coffee in the morning, and especially when I'm looking to lean out a bit, but it was starting to mess with me. I didn't know it was the caffeine at first, but I was getting heart palpitations later in the evening, and headaches throughout the day, with pain in my teeth and sinuses. It was going on for a little while, but I never put 2 and 2 together.
So last week I decided to drop the coffee, and switch to decaf tea, just to see. The first day was horrible and I went to bed at 6 due to a bad headache, but over the next couple days I felt great. No palpitations, no headaches, no teeth and sinus pain. So I'm assuming the issue was caffeine withdrawal that was causing this. It really sucked too. Has anyone ever had an issue like this before? I guess I'm just sensitive to it now. I use to be able to have a cup an hour before bed and sleep fine.
