say one is trying to get to about 5% BF--good and cut but not exactly shredded--starting at around 10% Bf
would 8wks of Test E & Tren w/ some good dieting and cardio be good enough to get one to this goal?
would adding winny make much of a difference if added in this cycle?-ive always heard winny mainly just "hardens" u up.
what are some opinions on running
test e @ 125 mg EOD
tren @ 100mg EOD
masteron
winny @ 50mg ED
nolvadex
???....is this too much? would it be very effective?

ummm 5% is EXACTLY shreded bro...i think at that bf would be more about the diet than the gear...although those compounds wont hurt

any reason you would want to get to 5%?
 
5% is very shredded if i were you i would use test prop cause it has less water retension and has the same half life as the tren you prolly should run 50 - 75mg of tren not 100 masteron or winny will prolly have good results at that low of bf % but i think test and tren with an amazing diet will do the trick

i usually think of 3% as shredded--5% is just pretty damn cut but there is a noticeable difference between the two. well i have no reason in particular as to why id go for 5% other than just 2 do it for the start of the summer.
bro, i have no reason to participate in body building-i dont do shows, im not unhealthy, i dont have some monstrous ego to fill, and im not a bouncer lol i just do it. no rhyme or resason why and who knows, i may quit tomorrow haha. i kinda would like to just get ripped up pretty good one time for the summer.
 
there are VERY few people walking around at a true 5% bodyfat. the cycle is fine but i would skip the winnie because of joint problems and cholesterol.

I agree 5% is ripped to the bone, many people think that they are 5% when in reality they are at 10%. i also agree diet is the most important concept of fat loss.
 
Yep.. Never even heard of 3% bf...
Agree, most that are 10% are really 15%... 10-15 still usually look good imo tho.

I also believe those compound will help but agree it's all about your diet.
 
word is that jay cutler came in at 3% BF this year for Mr.O--idk how true that is but thats what i heard--i have a friend of mine that competed for Mr. (my state) and he went in at 3%...ive seen it b4 but regardless my point is that the disired look is extreme yet without such a dedicated motive lol. i know 5% is pretty achievable but i was wondering more about which tools of the trade would be most effective. anyone on here ever got this low?...what did u use if so?

IF and i say IF these reports of 3 or 5 percent readings are based on caliper measurements or bodyfat measureing scales then im very skeptical. get that low on a immersion body fat test and i will be impressed.
 
3% is like Somalia orphan thin... they say anything less then 6% is actually unhealthy get yourself water dunked for a real measurement! regardless I agree with the fellas its all about diet the gear will help you maintain the muscle though while lowering you BF... Your choices of gear are good as well I have seen tren transform many
 
thanks JP, this is more along the lines of the answer i was looking for. ive used tren before and dude i loved it! it was a blend of test prop and tren ace. it was the 1st cycle i ever did. i didnt have a special diet back then but i also didnt know i needed one lol--i gained some really solid weight in no time and leaned up quite a bit and i def wasnt burger deprived either lol. i ate anything that didnt eat me 1st but it had the best effexct on my body. havent used it since tho.
