Easto,I got big respect for Dante` but by the time I read over 100 pages bro,I`d be well into my eighties!! :)

Actually, I have been reading through that thread pretty quick. I skip through all the questions and I just read what Doggcrapp has to say. He summeraizes all the questions within his answers, so you will save a lot of time!!

IMO if you are serious about trying new things and want to give DoggCrapp's methods a try I suggest you read this thread. It outlines everything that he preaches to his trainees and you should be able to decide whether or not it is really something for you.

I have been following Dante's posts for a while now and the more I read about his training and such, the more I want to give it a shot. I'll be trying to contact him shortly and hopefully he will take me on as a trainee starting in late July or August.

Easto,Actually I was only kidding but it is a lot to read.I`ve seen it before and have read quite a bit of it.

Over at Mayhem Dante` is online a lot and a good thread,if you haven`t seen it is "The Dogg Logg".
I`m doing his rack chins ,and am thinking about trying his methods also but I`m gaining well and I`ll probably reserve it for the future when I hit a plateau.

That is actually where I got hooked on Dante's methods. I hope he will agree to help me out when i ask :D

easto, your talking about him has me very interested in his ways--does he have a book that i can purchase and read???

house, everyone wants him to write a book but he says that he doesn't have the time right now. house, I bet he would love to train someone like you!!! Read through the CFP thread, then I can send you some more info if you are still interested.

Easto, I am one of DC's clients, I have been training with him for 6 months now and at the age of 40, I have added 24 lbs of mass to my frame in that short time, I am 290 at 5' 10 3/4".

I have never been this strong in my life and this is the toughest workouts I have ever done in my 25 years of training.

DC knows his stuff and is right on with his program, the best money I ever spent.

I have show coming up in December and I was stuck last December, I needed help to gain some extra mass, thank god I found the "CFP" thread and that lead me to being one of DC's clients...

In-Human, welcome to the board bro,and happy birthday once again! :)

In-Human, its nice to see you over here!!! I have learned alot about DC's training from you on MM and IM over the last month. I actually contacted DC yesterday and he is willing to help me out, I just hope I can round up some extra money for his help + supplements!!! I am hoping to get working with DC at the end of the summer once I drop some of this fat.

If I can get the results that yourself, Silverback, and others have gotten I will be more than heppy!

I hope you decide to stick around here, we could learn alot from you IH!
