i think hieght plays a big role in weight and also some people are just always naturally lighter in weight i guess thats a bit of genetics

Bone density and height probably do make a huge difference in weight. If he was 2-3 inches taller with the same muscle mass, he would look like cut, thin fitness model and wiegh like 190 or more.

yes it does, but i was just generally speaking. Quality muscle mass and vascularity make you look a lot heavier than you are. About 5 years ago i was in the best shape of my life. I was a solid 185 lbs with roughly 9% bf, and i had people guessing my weight all the time, and it was always in the 220-230lb range. Now maybe people that were more into weightlifting could have guessed it more accurately, but to other people i appeared larger than i actually was which made me feel great. If I didn't post his weight, I'm sure many of you would have thought he was heavier than 176. He looks like an animal at 176 you have to admit. He's only 5'9"

Certainly remember him! :igok: And yeah he damn sure looks bigger than 176. Believe he was 5'8...pretty much same stats as Zane, although Zane was slightly heavier.

Illusion IS the name of the game. Flex, Zane, Samir - they all looked MUCH bigger when standing alone. Only when they stood by Dorian & Nasser, Robby & Mentzer and Haney & Fox - respectively - could one see how small they really were.
