Dana White: ?Brock Lesnar Can?t Leave the UFC? for WWE Wrestlemania
Written by Tim Ngo
December 31st, 2010
After a report by wrestling insider Dave Meltzer made its rounds on the Internet, MMA fans were quick to believe Brock Lesnar?s days as a UFC fighter were over and done with.
Octagon president Dana White told MMAWeekly his outlook on a proposed Brock Lesnar vs. Undertaker showdown at this year?s Wrestlemania.
?He can?t leave the UFC, he?s under contract,? White told reporters.
He can?t fake fight for the WWE?
?No,? White emphatically stated.
What about a special appearance?
?Row 3, Seat 16, Aisle 2 sounds good to me,? MMA?s head honcho joked.
It appears Lesnar won?t be getting the UFC?s blessing to return to his professional wrestling roots, even if for one night. Unfortunately for the WWE?s Vincent Kennedy McMahon, he?s going to have to find another golden goose to increase pay-per-view buys.
