Death threat at work lol..

Ever get a death threat at work? It's becoming more and more common for me. It doesn't even bather me anymore lol. Example:

I work in Customer Service (face to face), A customer basically had a little situation in which I nore the company had anything to do with. Bottom line was, he wanted something for free(dont' we all lol). It was late, and I really wasn't in the mood to be nice :devil1: . I told him there wasn't much I could do, it wasn't our problem. The guy went MAD! lol. He sat there for about 30min bitching me out, but I just sat there and stood my ground. It was rather entertaining :). He finally decideds to ask for my name, I guess he couldn't read my tag lol. I gave him my card and told him to have a good day. He looked at me and said, "your dead", "I would watch my back if I were you." I smiled :) and said, "your not me, Go fuck yourself...O, and have a good day.":hahaha: His jaw dropped and, I just said, NEXT! God I love my job lol.
 
I wish you would have dropped the guy right then and there...saaaweeeeeeeeet.
 
buff, I manage a warehouse for a Jr. College and I deal with every single item that comes into the college and I deal with many customer service people from all over the nation, they always thank me for my patience and not getting mad at them and I always tell them, its not your fault any of this happened but at least we can fix the problem, I also deal with many freight and shipping companies with damaged goods and I always get my way, all I want is the item we paid for in good condidtion, thats all...
