It's been a while since I was in really good shape. After my surgeries and then the parasitic infection they found, I have been getting hammered but I am on the mend. I just started a new cutting cycle and I am 3 days in so we will see how it goes.


Basically it is a carb cycling with one refeed day. I am basically doing 240p, 275c, and 60f on my lifting days and 240p, 60c, 60f on my light days, and 175p, 450, and 50f on my high day. I hope I can stay on course and push forward. I am currently 282 and I don't know my bf but I am shooting for 8-10% and that should end around 250ish.

I suggest that you multiply your weight in pounds by 10. This is your starting calories 55% protein, 30% clean carbs and 15% or less fats. When you lose 10 pounds recalculate your daily calorie intake using the same ratios. Carb cycling is just more voodo bulshit.
What I suggest will work better than any other cutting diets, and you won't feel like shit, and most important you will cut fat and retain muscle.
