I was reading in a magazine this workout and it is something that i have never heard of before. Use a weight that you can lift for 8 reps. Do one rep and then wait 5 to 10 seconds then lift it again. Do this about 20 times. Have anyone tried something like this?

kind of. i read tho that you do the weight as many times as you can, then wait about 10 seconds do another rep and so on until you cant do even a single rep. one long as work set pretty much

so 8+1+1+1.......0
 
There's always so new routine flying through the rags caused they're pressed to come up with new shit perpetually. Seriously almost anything you do differently is gonna yeild results for a little while.
 
I don't see what benefit this method would have at all, it makes more sense to me to do all eight reps in set fashion.
 
Haven't you heard? It's all about the pump! It's the latest craze sweeping the nation founded by such sweatin to the by god oldies like R. Simmons and Billy Buttfuck Banks ... Jane Fonda and other masters of motion! You can do this routine with a chair as well as a stripper pole in the conveinence of your own home.
