do your muscles ever take turns at growth rate and what develops better... like for example last year my back just kept getting stronger and bigger and my chest was ok but nothing special now its the other way around my chest keeps geting stronger and bigger and my back is ok lol... before that it was my arms over powering my shoulders now they are about even... but i didnt change my workout really just my body picks its moments to make 1 of my muscle groups excell
