Does anybody feel like this?



I think i eat pretty good. I eat every 2 hours give and take a few minutes. My bodyfat is about 10-12%. I journal all my food intake to measure my caloric statistics to make sure i get what i need to stay anabolic. A typical day is:

Whey two scoops with skim milk & Glutamine
2 Fat free waffles w/ peanut butter
orange

9:00
8 oz Chicken breast baked
rice
Green beans

Whey one scoop w/ h2o
Bannana
Apple

11:00
Apple

Pre Workout 5g Creatine

I try to mix up my protein, carbohydrate source as much as possible. I also drink 4 to 5 liters of H2o a day. If i wake up at night, and usually i do to urinate, i might drink another whey protein.

I do not feel the best on this diet. I feel that iam always hungry. If i eat this typical diet for 5 days or so in a row, i even feel famished and fatigued. Then i drink red bull to give me a pick up. I feel like i need to eat a buffet to satisfy me. So, when i get that way, i eat alot in one sitting. I usually do not eat for 4 hours or longer after the big meal. I crave carbohydrates like pasta and Lo Mein noodles. I donot crace sweets, the whey is like a treat to me. I always have a variety of flavors. My workouts feel better when i eat more in one sitting as well. The current common bodybuillding diet i try to adhere by really keeps me leaner and if i eat more in one sitting more than twice a week, i feel like i can see it in my abs..

Does anybody feel like this?

Any advice?
 
More info on me and my goals.

I am starting my first cycle in about a month or two. I plan to take Test Cyp 500mg/week only with proper PCT. I am 5'10 204lbs and 34years old. I bench 375 and squat 585. I have been lifting off and on (Mainly on) since 13 years old. When i was not lifting, i had a 8 year period of doing cometitive triathlons. I weighed 170 at my skinniest. I have been lifting solid for about a year and a half. I'm in the best muscular shape i have ever been in right now. I have always wanted to take AAS, but couldn't afford them or could't access them, or chickend out. I am ready now and want to make sure everything esle is incheck, like DIET.
 
thats a good healthy diet bro.... mostly a cutting diet, but there are some good carbs in there.....you kind of have all bases covered... i see some good protein, good fats(fish)i would also add some omega 3,6(and 9's, but not a necessity)caps or oils.... youve got some carbs with the veggies and potato, and peanut butter, that first meal looks like it is carb loaded, i know those waffles are fat free, but probably loaded with carbs.... but your like me, i eat a lot of carbs in the first meal and almost none the rest of the day.....its a good looking diet, wish i could be that good to myself.....what exactly are you wanting to accomplish with your diet?????bulk, cut, maintain, etc.....
 
My goals are to decrease fat and gain muscle. Get ready for my first cycle. Even though my bodyfat is 10-12% according to my Bioimpedence machine, but i still have alot to go. I have a six pack, but still have little handles on the back/sides. They are decreasing since my strict diet and i fell my mass is still good.

Since i have been eating like this, especially the protein, i have been gaining it seems every week. I went from 210 to 204 and felt my muscles got bigger, harder. the only thing i changed is my diet. Thats why i want to wait to use my gear. I do not want to loose weight, just fat. If i do cardio, i loose weight pretty fast, so i really do not do cardio. I get weaker and i think loose my hardness.

I love the effects of the diet i have now, but like i said earlier, i dont feel energetic.

What ya think??

im not a huge diet guru, gotta check in with some other boys there.... but your diet is pretty clean... if your not growing all you have to do is up the clean calories... you will stay lean as long as you eat clean.... as for the sups, you need to take in about 3000mgs of your omegas....

BANANAS HAVE POTASSIUM, THAT'S FINE, BETTER THAN AN APPLE IF YOU MUST HAVE THE FRUIT IN THAT MEAL.
IF IT WERE ME, I'D MAKE THAT A PRO/CARB MEAL OF LEAN PROTEIN (CHICKEN, STEAK, ETC) AND RICE/YAMS....

MOVE YOUR LAST MEAL UP 45MINS, THEN DITCH THIS APPLE.
I PERSONALLY USED TO DO THIS, BUT HAVE PREFERRED RELYING ON A PRO/LOW GI CARB MEAL 1.5HOURS BEFORE MY WORKOUT.
