i keep telling myself to stay outta the kitchen...the office faties will have them gone soon...

one guy i saw had this beautiful jelly donut... it was strawberry filled with power sugar... looked like beautiful Megan Fox sitting on that plate... omg

lol hahahahahahaha and i know ur on the edge of ur seat, shaking and biting your fingers as u try not 2 get up and go demolish one arent you! haha. whenever i know i dont need to be eating junk but i am struggling with cravings i think about "cardio" and how much i HATE cardio! and i just think to myself "thats another 45 mins im gonna have to do cardio before i can burn off what i already have stored lol. u can do it Black!! do it for beast!
