Been working hard to lower bodyfat and unnecessary bulk.
SOme may qualm I lost too much muscle, but old muscle is not that easy to loose.
Besides, I only lifted 3x/wk very lightly to recuperate my labral tear.
Most of my exercise has been swimming from 2 to 5 hours a day 6 days a week average over the past 6 weeks.
Photo is grainy but at 53 I'm not very disappointed.
Down to 230, now just plan on tightening things up.
