In April had sausage egg sandwich for breakfast, a 12” sub for lunch, and big dinner then just reduced, reduced reduced. Always ate 5-6 times a day, switched to 6” sub for lunch, then salads blue cheese dressing for lunch. Made sure each meal was a bit less, cut down on bread, pasta and pizza. Cut out fast food meats beer, etc. used packets of “Stevia Balance” 4 times a day. Helps rid gas from the abdominal cavity and makes pooping more effective; mostly 4 times a day now. Taking food in is one thing but elimination is the main thing. I used TRT doses of Testosterone, only one 1cc Testoviron EO week from April until October then ran 1-10cc bottle each of Test 400, Primobolan and Tren E the past 2 months last shot Primo last week. My money was low so my dietary choices have not been the best. I cooked a big bowl of rice last week and broke it up. The last 2 weeks I mixed the rice with a can of soup for lunch each day, (went liquid). Things are looking up. The swelling in my previously broken tibia/ankle is way down but I’m sure the Testosterone really helped me retain bone mass. The bone is still infected but I’m still able to work. I’m just glad when I look down I can see my kneecaps. Still can’t see that other thing but, hey, I’m Nordic and my ancestors survived the ice age, you know what happens to things that dangle out in the cold right? (Well, that’s my excuse anyway)! Now it’s time to step up for my final push towards my 60th birthday in July. Last hurrah! I can do this!!
